Achterbergh, Nevenbergh and Inniebergh (dormitories) camping sites do not cater for individuals. We only cater for more than 25 people at a time. The minimum requirement for Achterbergh dormitory is 25 pax, Inniebergh 40 pax and Nevenbergh 50 pax. If the guests are less than the minimum, you are still responsible to pay for the difference.

Special rates on bookings over 100pax. PLEASE NOTE: If your numbers decrease after the quote has been accepted you are still liable for the payment of min 100pax.

(*Please note if you book the suites for the weekend, we are still allowed to book the sleeping units separately.)

Achterbergh suites

There are 10 Suites Situated in a beautiful lounge. 20 people can sleep here sharing or 10 singles. These are our luxury rooms. Each room has 2 single beds with bedding, a bathroom with a bath and a shower. If you book all the suites you get to make use of the lounge at no extra cost.

Suites Single:   R583.00 pp. per night
Suites Sharing: R500.00 pp. per night

Achterberg dormitories

Achterbergh dormitories can accommodate 48 people in total. Minimum required is 25 people. There are 4 rooms; each room has 12 bunk beds in. You need to bring your own bedding.

Achterbergh has 2 halls (Eddie de Hart & Mike Smuts), when booking Achterbergh Sleeping Units you get to make use of one of the halls for activities at no extra cost.

Achterbergh Dormitories: R196.35 pp. per night

Inniebergh sleeping units

Inniebergh dormitories can accommodate 80 people in total. Minimum required is 40 people. There are 4 rooms; each room has 12 bunk beds in. Plus 1 additional room (Unisex) where 20 guests can sleep. You need to bring your own bedding. Inniebergh has one hall (David Venter), when booking Inniebergh Sleeping Units you get to make use of the hall for activities at no extra cost.

Inniebergh Dormitories: R196.35 pp. per night
Inniebergh Kitchen: R1000.00– Self catering

Nevenbergh sleeping units

Nevenbergh can accommodate 80 people in total. Minimum required is 50 people. Nevenbergh is our biggest sleeping unit. Nevenbergh has one hall (Nevenbergh hall), when booking Nevenbergh Sleeping Units you get to make use of the hall for activities at no extra cost.

There are 8 rooms that can accommodate 10 people per room. All the units have bunk beds.

You need to bring your own bedding. Each unit has a bathroom with showers.

Nevenbergh Dormitories: R196.35 pp. per night

Nevenbergh delux rooms

Nevenbergh Deluxe Rooms can accommodate 8 people sharing or 4 people single. There are 4 bedrooms with 2 Single beds and bedding in each. These Deluxe Rooms are situated very near to

Nevenbergh whereas these rooms are perfect for teachers or facilitators when group is booked at Nevenbergh dormitories. Each room has a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Nevenbergh Deluxe Rooms: R400.00 pp. per night

Oosterbergh retreat house

Oosterbergh No 1 is a self-catering unit. It can accommodate 4 people to sleep in. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and bedding in each. It has a kitchen equipped for 4, a lounge and a bathroom with a shower.

Room No 2 & 3 Has 2 Single beds in each with its own bathroom each.

These are 2 separate rooms completely – No catering facilities in these rooms.

Suiderbergh retreat house

Oosterbergh No 1 is a self-catering unit. It can accommodate 4 people to sleep in. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and bedding in each. It has a kitchen equipped for 4, a lounge and a bathroom with a shower.

Room No 2 & 3 Has 2 Single beds in each with its own bathroom each.

These are 2 separate rooms completely – No catering facilities in these rooms.

You welcome to rent ceramic crockery from R125.00 pp and melamine crockery from R80.00 pp.

This will include a plate, bowl, cup, glass, knife, fork, dessert spoon and plastic teaspoon.
